Key Skill:  Knowledge of preparing the financial statements  Knowledge of income tax  Working Knowledge of GST  Working knowledge of MIS and reporting  Should have good communication skills Job Description:  Preparation, review of MIS and detailed variance analysis of all expenses.  Computations of TDS and GST and dealing with Taxation authorities for Assessment and other related matters  Statutory compliances and others representing the organization on all matters concerning Income Tax, Sales Tax, Service Tax and other Govt/ statutory regulations Income Tax Assessment/ Sales Tax Assessment hearing and documentation.  Liaisoning with the Bank for OD, LC and CC Facilities and to prepare the documents as per the Bank requirements.  Cash and cash flow management and control
