• He/she would be responsible for revenue generation in line with the objectives and goals of the organization through membership sales by visiting and following up with the clients within the allocated territory. • Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share. • To generate and maintain data base of prospective clients through PR and other tools would be the prime and ongoing responsibility of the Sales Managers. • To maintain relations with existing as well as prospective clients. • Revenue generation through corporate sales will be an integral part of responsibilities of Sales Manager. • Assisting the Sales Head in organizing, planning and implementing sales strategy. • He/she will be required to ensure conversions through PR during and after the events organized by the center. • Maintains customer database by inputting customer profile and updates; preparing and distributing monthly reports. • Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related results as needed. • Successfully address customer complaints and resolve problems • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
