Job Title: HR Recruiter

Responsibilities include:

• Designing and updating job descriptions
• Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms).
• Screening resumes
• Crafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
• Phone interviews or telecons with candidates and scheduling their interviews with clients.
• Performing reference and background checks
• Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
• Following up on the interview process status
• Maintaining relationships clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
• Should be able to handle company’s social media pages and blogging.

Skills Required:

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with sourcing techniques is appreciated.
