Urgent Requirement For Call Quality Analysis :
- Monitoring and Auditing Team to meet the quality standards and Listening to calls and share regular feedback to maintain Customer Satisfaction.
- Submit daily, weekly and Monthly Report Working on TNA and be a part of training programs.
- Skills Required Minimum 2-3 years of work experience as Quality Auditor/ QA/ Quality Executive Excellent Communication Skills Should have good hands on quality tools Should know reporting and excel
