• Must be a Graduate with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Should have team handling experience.
• Responsible for leading the team of sales executives and driving sales from them.
• Building a relationship with dealers and distributors to focus on the product to increase sales.
• Recruitment of the sales executive as per requirements.
• Achievement of Monthly sales targets.
• Analysis of team productivity and knowledge.
• Experience in telecom industry will be an added advantage.
