• Responsible for managing more then 100(VBAS)
• Responsible for Talent Management
• Rewards and recognition for VBAS
• Conducting motivational meets
• Arranging VBA engagement activities
• Productivity management of VBAs (Promoters)
• Responsible for monitoring the activities of promoters in the market.
• Taking the initial round of interviews of promoters.
• Providing Training to promoters related to grooming & sales.
• Should be comfortable with market visits in Uttarakhand location.
