Responsibilities and Duties

• Ensure that production targets are met. Ensure good working culture / discipline in the workplace / security and safety of operations and workforce.
• Responsible for coordinating, monitoring and supervising the activities into shifts.
• Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record-keeping systems, forms of control, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing change.
• Responsible for coordinating, monitoring and supervising the activities into shifts
• Works with various support functions to resolve production problems and will assist in troubleshooting
• Any other relevant duty as assigned by the Mgmt
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

3-5 yrs of relevant experience.
