We, at Inchmark Real Estate, are looking for enthusiastic professionals for the role of operations manager.
Operations duties can include everything from helping with daily management, making purchase orders, managing paperwork, scheduling of tasks, reporting, arranging meetings from vendors/clients, correspondence, note-taking, answering phone calls etc.
There’s huge scope and you may also have the chance to gain new skills such as construction management, real estate dealing, relationship management, technology etc. You need to work closely with the management team.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
Delegating tasks to site supervisors and contractors
Liaisoning with suppliers and clients
Preparing purchase orders
Managing databases and filing systems: updating excels, preparing drafts of applications etc
Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments
Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
Conducting research on behalf of the manager
Miscellaneous tasks to support the organisation, which will vary according to the sector and to the manager’s remit, eg completing some corporate governance reporting (to ensure that the business is being run properly and complying with legislation and regulations) or conducting research
Requirements
Must be flexible to work in a startup environment environment
Should know MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
Should be married & more than 32 years of age
Prior experience in construction work will be an added advantage
Organisational skills and the ability to multitask
Should have own 2 wheeler (Scooty/Activa)
