Position: Business Development Manager- Government

Competencies required:

Knowledge

• Working knowledge of government sales.

• Good knowledge of relationship building.

• Knowledge of MS Office Application.

• Knowledge of the tendering business in agriculture sector.

• Working knowledge of operations.

Skills

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong business acumen, with ability to handle price negotiation and discussion.

• Results driven and having a strong bias for action.

• Initiative and drive.

• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

• Should demonstrate interpersonal skills.

Education and Experience

• A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

• 5+ years’ experience in tender management & government sales

• Knowledge of MS Office Applications.

• Experience in the agriculture/ aquaculture/ waste industry
