CDP in a new Cloud Kitchen.

Help set-up the cloud Kitchen initially.

Skill in Hydderabadi, North Indian and Tandoori cusine.

Once operational the requirement will be as under:-

• Incharge of the kitchen.
• Takes care of daily food preparation
• Coordinates daily tasks and supervise and manage junior cooks/commies.
• Able to estimate the daily production needs and checking the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met.
• Ensure that the production, preparation and packaging of food are of the highest quality at all times.
• Full awareness of all menu items, their recipes, methods of production.
