What we're looking for

We are looking for a talented individual with a great personality and excellent communication skills who has a zeal for providing the best customer experience. Prior experience in optical retail sales is a must!

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist them in frame and lens selection
• Understand the customer’s lifestyle & choice and explain to them suitable options
• Close sales, take customer’s orders and coordinate for timely processing of orders
• Make follow-up calls as a part of after-sales service
• Implement sales and promotional activities in the store
• Maintain inventory (frames stock), receive stock from vendors and keep records
• Handling the cash transactions of the store and depositing cash in the bank regularly
• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the store
• Execute all other tasks given by management from time to time

Requirements

• Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's (Preferred)
• 2+ years of work experience including min. 1 year in optical retail sales
• Good knowledge of various optical lenses, coatings and progressive lenses
• Ability to use lensometer and do eyewear adjustments & minor repairs
• Capable of independently handling the entire store whenever needed
• Digital Skills - Knowledge of using Excel, optical software (CRM), sending emails, etc.
• Fluent in English & Hindi
