What we're looking for

We are looking for a talented individual with a great personality and excellent communication skills who is willing to take a sense of ownership of our optical store, so as to run smooth operations of the store and drive growth for the business. Prior experience in optical retail sales is a must! Preference will be given to individuals who have worked in optical brand retail stores.

Responsibilities

• Set sales goals and develop sales strategies.
• Handle customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
• Supervise and further train junior staff to provide excellent customer experience
• Ensure all protocols and systems are followed in the store and all entries are done in the system in a timely manner
• Establish relations with vendors & lens brand companies and negotiate the best prices
• Build and maintain relationships with new customers.
• Contact potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and via WhatsApp
• Meet weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Prepare monthly reports and present in meetings with management

Requirements

• Qualification: Bachelor's (Preferred)
• 4+ years of work experience including min. 2 years in optical retail sales (preferably in branded optical chain outlets like Lenskart, Titan Eye+, Vision Express & more)
• Complete knowledge of various spectacle lenses and experience with national & international frame brands
• Capable of independently handling all aspects of the optical store including sales
• Digital Skills - Good Knowledge of computer applications like Excel, optical software (CRM), etc.
• Strong leadership and communication skills
