Desired Skills: • Possess excellent listening skills. • Dedication towards the work. • Working knowledge of computers (basics of Excel, MS Word and Power point) • Must have a strong eye for detail and the ability to gauge a candidate. • Should be enthusiastic about interacting with people • Good Negotiation Skills • Self-motivated and self-disciplined. • Excellent command over English (Verbal & Written). • Should be comfortable with cold calling to candidates. • Candidates having exp. in bulk hiring for BPO/KPO/BFSI Industry will have an advantage.
