Ensure linen, cutlery and hollowware are stacked for service and water jugs re-filled and placed on the table. Ensure tables are set and ready according to service standards. Inspect the cleanliness and presentation of all cutlery, crockery and glassware and clean as required to ensure guest satisfaction. Welcome the guests withgreeting them as per the standards. Supervise and Co-ordinate with kitchen staff and bar staff to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction. Ensure efficient Food & Beverage services to the guests as per the service standards Process any special request by the guest as per company policy. To receive feedback from the guest inperson on Food and Service quality. Manage prior reservations efficiently. Training , Counselling and coaching of new hires and existing staff to consistently maintain the service standards Setting sales targets and managing monthly operating budgets. Maintain employee records, briefing sheets, prepare payroll inputs. Generate procurement request and indenting Overall restaurant stock management Shift rostering and manpower forecasting Assistance in recruitment of restaurant staff Assigning appropriate responsibilities to the team and ensure proper discipline is maintained at all times.
