Overall in-charge of Store and warehouse/stock. GRN/Gate Pass Generation. Inspection and tally the receipts/dispatches in physical from original documents. Maintain all records pertaining to your work. Issue the material/stock/packing from warehouse to process on daily requisition. Physical reconciliation of all the stock from the account book on weekly/monthly basis. Report the demand to purchase dept. LIFO/FIFO Management. Using BIN card tags/batch Management. Fill up Road permits/Eway challan or any other necessary action in the subject. Prepare packing list as per dispatch scheduled. Planning/Prioritizing and tracking of product requirement & dispatches.
