We are inviting the applications for the profile of Front Office Executive. Welcome visitors and guest and direct appropriately. Receive direct and relay telephone messages. Respond requests and queries appropriately. Responsible for records keeping of Reception documentation/registers. Tracking of admin bills. Responsible for all office. Maintaining courier details. Issuing stationery and access cards and keeping records of the same. Provide administrative support. Ordering consumables like Housekeeping, pantry, stationery material, and medicines. In addition to the above functions, any other assignment/job given by the management occasionally or daily basis to be performed respectively. Basic Requirements: Should have 1 yrs of prior experience in front office. should be graduate. should have excellent communication skills. good command over Hindi and English language.
