Sewa International DehraDun branch is looking for medical officer 1. Urgent medical assessment and diagnosis, treatment and referral as necessary. 2. Assess the urgency and severity of presenting problems through history taking, examination and investigation. 3. Recommending and, where appropriate, undertaking treatment options and carrying out/referring for appropriate interventions and procedures, including but not limited to prescribing, minor surgery and other general practice procedures, counseling, psychological interventions, advising and education. 4. Referral for diagnostic, therapeutic and support services as required. 5. Family planning services, provision of contraceptive advice and sexual health services. 6. Ensure Immunization programs are available to the practice population. 7. Working with public health providers in the prevention and control of communicable diseases for individuals and families and reporting to relevant public health providers. 8. Ongoing care and support for people with chronic and terminal conditions to reduce deterioration. 9. Follow up with patients on regular basis and make friendly environment with medical team.
